The plain-English summary: we collect what you type into our estimate form and the basics every website gathers through cookies and pixels. We use it to respond to your request and to market our services. We share it with the platform that processes our leads and with Meta for advertising. We never sell your personal information. Information you give us

When you request a free estimate or contact us, we ask for your name, phone number, email address, street address and ZIP code, plus the service you're interested in (windows, doors or siding) and any project details you choose to include. If you call one of the numbers on this site, the call may be tracked — and may be recorded — for quality and training through our call-tracking service.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we use cookies, pixels and similar technologies. These collect your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, the approximate area you're browsing from, and how you arrived here — for example, which ad, search result or link brought you to the site.

How we use it

• Respond to your estimate request and schedule your free in-home estimate.
• Prepare your quote, perform the work you hire us for, and provide warranty service.
• Contact you by phone, text or email about your request or project. Consent to marketing texts is never a condition of purchase, and you can reply STOP to any text to opt out.
• Send occasional offers and updates about our services — you can opt out anytime.
• Measure and improve our advertising, including showing our ads to people likely to be interested in window, door or siding work.
• Improve the website, keep it secure, and comply with legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers. The marketing and lead-management platform that receives and routes our website form submissions so we can respond quickly, plus vendors that help us run the business — scheduling, the financing program you ask about, accounting and similar. They process your information on our behalf, for our purposes.
• Advertising partners. Meta (Facebook/Instagram) receives limited information through cookies and the Meta Pixel, described below.
• Legal. Law enforcement, courts or regulators when the law requires it — and a successor company if the business is ever sold or reorganized.

Cookies & the Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel — a small piece of code from Meta Platforms, Inc. — to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform and to show our ads to people likely to be interested in our services. The pixel may set cookies and share information about your visit with Meta, such as the pages you viewed and whether you submitted an estimate request. Meta uses that data under its own privacy policy. Your controls:

• Opt out of interest-based advertising industry-wide at optout.aboutads.info.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings — the site still works, though some features may not.

The fine print

Data retention & security

We keep personal information as long as we need it for the purposes above — for customers, that includes the life of your warranty — and as law or insurance requires. We protect it with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, though no website or transmission method is 100% secure.

Children's privacy

Our services are for homeowners. The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided it, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party links

The site links to third-party sites — like the GreenSky® financing application and our social media pages. Their privacy practices are their own; review their policies before providing information.

Governing law

This policy, and any dispute relating to it, is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. We monitor state privacy laws — including the Tennessee Information Protection Act — and will honor consumer privacy rights as they apply to our business.
